1. Introduction

Welcome to Cash Mind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cash Mind website, courses, digital products, and subscription services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Course and Digital Product Purchases

When you purchase a course or digital product from Cash Mind, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Digital product keys and credentials are intended for single-user use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling these keys or credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscription Services

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time. Any changes to subscription plans will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Cash Mind or its content suppliers and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without the prior written consent of Cash Mind.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
